Torrox Park is a very green and spacious complex 15 minutes from Nerja, Frigiliana and Torrox Village with safe street parking and good facilities like shops, bakery, cash dispensing machine, restaurants, bars and pubs offering sports and free WIFI service and only 35 minutes away from Malaga airport.. The community has a well maintained peaceful garden and users can also enjoy two fresh water swimming pools (adult's and children), 2 tennis courts and a secure toddler's play area. The nearby beach, just 5 minutes away, is laidback, calm and it has 3 excellent family run restaurants serving traditional Spanish food and drinks for most of the day and early evening.

The area has something for everyone - a very pleasant micro climate, not too hot, great winter weather and lots of sunshine all year round. It is considered to be the best climate in Europe, just within easy reach to quiet beaches and winter skying in the beautiful mountains of Sierra Nevada National Park, Antiquera National Park and Granada.

Fully equipped kitchen, modern electric cooker and hob, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dining table and chairs, 20" flat screen TV, beach chairs and folding table, bed linen and some towels, electric emersion heater. Enough cutlery and a dinner set and dining table to accommodate 6 people.

Both bedrooms are twin bedded with fitted wardrobes. The Kitchen is open plan to the lounge. The shower room includes a bath with shower over the bath, toilet and wash basin.

Further Details Outdoors:

There are two communal tennis courts and a communal swimming pool for use by people staying in our flat (restricted to our local community and rarely crowded, the pool is not open all year round, opening hours vary depending on the time of year - we do not guarantee that the swimming pool will be open - usually opens early May to first week in October)

Plenty of parking space right outside, located opposite an English run pub and restaurant with internet access and TV/entertainment.

Plenty of local amenities close by, including a shop that bakes delicious fresh bread daily, a couple of bars and restaurants, cash machine and laundry.

Malaga airport is only 30 minutes away by road - possible to take a taxi or hire a car in the airport (pre book your car hire to ensure a good rate).
